We had an excellent dinner at Bite. The stuffed peppers, cauliflower and halibut tacos were all delicious. There are so many more amazing entrees to try. The bartender, Benjamin was so friendly, fun and made us wonderful cocktails. Our night was made even more special by meeting Kenneth, the Chef. He was so friendly and gracious. We were able to tell him directly how amazing each of our entrees were. We highly recommend Bite for an excellent dining experience, and will definitely going back there again when we are in Tahoe.

This place was so good! We went there due to the Google reviews, so here is another... The drinks and foods were delicious! Great, dark, chill atmosphere with lovely service, too. The jicama wraps were the best I've had. I was hesitant with the mushrooms, since I dont like mushrooms, but they were so finely ground that I did not taste the mushrooms at all. To me, the walnut and shroom mix tasted like taco meat. The crab ravioli was good and even the fries were the best I've had. We are only in town for a short time, but might need to go back.
Every single dish was excellent. Creative cocktails and an interesting wine list as well. Lamb, cauliflower, dates with bacon, shrimp, ahi sliders and the crab ravioli were all delicious and we couldn’t pick our favorite. Best restaurant in Incline.
WOW this place is amazing!! We absolutely loved it. Our favorite restaurant in all of Lake Tahoe. Service is amazing, there were reservations open on a weekend, and the food is to die for!!! Menu changes as the seasons pass, and you'll be surprised with every dish you get! The only dish we didn't love was the Lobster Slider, felt a little artificially fishy.

Bite had an excellent dining experience. The restaurant had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and our server, Libby, truly made our night. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made some fantastic drink and food recommendations. The food was outstanding, with some stand-out dishes being the Brussels sprouts and chicken sliders. The jicama wraps were also tasty and refreshing, but the real star of the show was undoubtedly the Mac n cheese. It was without a doubt the best macaroni and cheese I have ever had. The combination of creamy cheese and crispy crust was perfect. The service was prompt and attentive, with our server checking in on us regularly to make sure we were enjoying our experience. The drinks were also amazing and perfectly complemented the delicious food. Overall, it was a top-notch dining experience and I can't wait to go back again soon. If you're looking for a tapas restaurant with a great atmosphere, amazing food, and top-notch service, Bite is the place to go. I highly recommend it, especially if you get the chance to have Libby as your server.
It's a rare event that neither my wife or I have a single criticism of a dining experience. Even when the majority of the dishes are great, there is almost always one or two things that could have been better. I am thrilled to announce that of our 6 tapas dishes and 1 dessert, we had 7/7 nearly perfect dishes. We are trying to decide when we can come back to Incline Village, so we can try everything else on the menu we didn't yet try. Then again, we also want to revisit everything we loved! It will be a tough decision we can't wait to experience. Service was also very attentive without being overbearing or making us feel rushed. Dishes came out at the perfect intervals, and even the scallops were cooked to perfection. Top marks all the way around.
5 Star, A+, 10 out of 10. Food, ambience, service…all top notch! But the kicker is a server (Stephanie) that makes you feel like old friends, and an owner (Brooke) that knows and cares about every customer, every employee and every dish. I can’t say enough about this restaurant. So lucky we found it!
